1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and cucu2, an online betting platform operating under international licensing. By registering, accessing or using any part of the cucu2 platform, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use cucu2 services. cucu2 encourages users to read this document together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling page for a more complete understanding.

2. User Eligibility

To use cucu2 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• A resident or user who is permitted to access this service under your local laws.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion list at any gambling platform.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other person.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register one active account on cucu2. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all such accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. Required information includes full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number and a valid email address.

3.2 Identity Verification

cucu2 reserves the right at any time to request verification of a user's identity. This verification process may involve submitting a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or other supporting documents. Accounts that cannot be verified within the specified period may be suspended or terminated.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. cucu2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party. Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect that unauthorised access has occurred.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

cucu2 supports a range of deposit methods suitable for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. Deposited funds will be credited to your account once the transaction has been confirmed.

You are only permitted to use payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's bank account, e-wallet or cryptocurrency wallet is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. The standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the withdrawal method selected and the verification status of your account.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless approved otherwise by the cucu2 finance team.
• cucu2 reserves the right to request additional document verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• cucu2 does not charge processing fees for withdrawals, however third-party payment service providers may apply their own fees.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programme

cucu2 offers various promotions to users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback and a VIP programme. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The cucu2 welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

cucu2 VIP members enjoy weekly cashback that varies by membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%) and Diamond (up to 0.8%). VIP tier upgrades depend on your betting activity over time.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user or household, unless stated otherwise.
• cucu2 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the bonus being cancelled and possible account closure.

7. Game Rules

cucu2 offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, Sic Bo and other games. Each game has its own rules displayed within the game interface.

Game outcomes are determined by a certified fair random number generator (RNG) system. cucu2 is not responsible for any losses incurred by users as a result of fair and random game outcomes.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, cucu2 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on system records. cucu2's decision regarding any game dispute is final.

8. Prohibited Activities

Use of the cucu2 platform for the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraud, identity falsification or misrepresentation of account information.
• Collusion or cooperation between users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
• Spreading viruses, malware, or carrying out any form of cyber attack against cucu2's infrastructure.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by cucu2

cucu2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or other security reasons. In such cases, cucu2 will notify the user as soon as possible and return any eligible balance once the investigation is complete.

9.2 Closure at User's Request

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting cucu2 customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending withdrawals have been settled.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to set betting limits or temporarily self-exclude may do so through the Responsible Gambling page. cucu2 respects self-exclusion requests as part of its commitment to responsible gambling.

10. Limitation of Liability

cucu2 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of expected winnings due to technical disruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Delays in processing financial transactions caused by payment service providers.
• Any damage to a user's device resulting from use of the platform.

cucu2's total liability to any user is limited to the account balance held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

cucu2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or by registered email.

Continued use of the cucu2 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay up to date with the latest changes.
